Just a short thank you note to all those tried and true members that were there to help sell our roses on Saturday at our annual sale. We did very well, with just 69 of the 300 roses left to sell at the end of our day. Special thanks to Clarence Rhodes for caring for 200 roses, plus his own 200+ roses for a full month prior to the sale, and he has graciously taken the roses left from the sale back to his home at 128 Capisic St. in Portland to sell out of his yard. The roses that are remaining are our profit, gang, so if you need a rose or two or three, or know someone who is interested in good roses, please contact Clarence or myself. We have some of the Easy Elegance own root roses in the group, most are budded and will bloom soon, then you can see what these roses are like if you don't already know. We also have some of the floribundas, shrubs etc. Something for everyone.

I would also like to thank all of the 16 members that were there to help in many and various ways. Also a special thanks to former member Diana Allen who gave her time and sold many roses with us. Maybe, even with her very busy schedule, she will re-join our MRS again. We all missed Sari and Jerry so much, hope you are feeling much better soon, Sari. We sure missed your smiling faces, your energy and salesmanship.

We also need to give special thanks to Mother Nature, she really came thru for us with great weather!! Hope we can be as blessed this Saturday at Estabrooks for our part in their Rose Day event. Please come one and all, we need your help and support to talk up roses and help answer rose questions.
