Rhodes, ME           novel bloom; fades fast

Roderick, MA      great rose to brighten the landscape

Rogers, CT           like color; wilts quickly when cut

Roy, CT                 vigorous; always blooming; fades fast in sun

Turull, CT            like the color; nice shape bush

 

BILL WARRINER

Allen, ME              not spectacular, but will keep it anyway

Martin, CT            very floriferous; neat growth habit; would like a hedge of them

Zabelski, MA      nice color and many blooms

 

BLUEBERRY HILL

Andreone, CT      nice blooms; great color; fades and blows quickly in heat

Lowe, NH               graft died; on its own roots; needs winter protection

Osborn, MA          beautiful blooms; holds well; tall; a real winner

Andreone, CT      this rose has everything for me

Candler, CT          prolific bloomer; dies back in winter but recovers

Turull, CT            excellent rose; heavy bloomer; no disease; hardy

Wall, NH               excellent color; good quality of blooms; short stems; opens fast

Rhodes, ME           is a pink Uncle Joe; cannot get the blooms open

Tarasewicz, MA  had one plant, died; got another, different source, same thing

Matia, CT              gangly plant; super blooms on long stems

Rhodes, ME           tall plant; good form; want to see this bush next year

Allen, ME              not as good as my Concorde automobile; very small bush

Finan MA              this rose has everything

Martin, CT            great fragrance; large well shaped blooms; one of my favorites

Henderson, MA   big blooms; vigorous

Matia, CT              super growing bush; attractive blooms often lack centers

Rhodes, ME           1 tall, 2 very short bushes; not as good as the talk about it

Tarasewicz, MA  lasting blooms; stingy bloomer; question winter hardiness

Roy, CT                 nice spring blooms on long stems; only blind shoots in fall

Tarasewicz, MA  had 20 long stemmed blooms on 2 plants; grows like a climber

Matia, CT              Eddie Edwards' best HT; good form; somewhat stingy bloomer

Bruce, CT             first year; fades fast; short stems; little bush; unimpressed

Diakogeorgiou, MA great form; poor grower

Roy; CT                 fair blooms and stems; weak bush; die back to bud union

Zabelski, MA      nice color; did not survive the winter well, on the way out

Rhodes, ME           looks like it should be in a small pot on the window sill

Allen, ME              only 3 blooms in 2 years

Rhodes, ME           1st year, will have to show tremendous improvement next year

Allen, ME              1st year plant, not growing well

Brucce, CT           vigorous; long lasting blooms; good repeat; short stems

Candler, CT          beautiful exhibition blooms; a winner

Chute, RI               best red rose since Olypiad

Finan MA              great color; beautiful blooms; nice sprays

Goldstein, CT       2nd year plant a winner;  1st year one needs stronger canes

Mantas, MA          only two blooms; plant did not grow; very disappointed

Martin, CT            incredibly beautiful blooms; outstanding in my garden

Matia, CT              super form, should be a top show rose; one of the best reds

Rhodes, ME           1 and 2 cane plants, lots of room for improvement

Rogers, CT           jury still out on this one

Roy, CT                 large blooms with great form; weak necks

 

VANILLA PERFUME

Candler, CT          stingy bloomer, did not grow well first year

Tarasewicz, MA  good form; holds well in heat; thought it would be fragrant

WEIGHT WATCHERS SUCCESS

Matia, CT              similar in color to Double Delight; first year bush lacks vigor

Tarasewicz, MA  plant will not grow; had only one bloom this year
